@BRETZERR no way randy, not yet.. the speed reps didnt really exhaust me they probably took 5 lbs off my 10 rep max or maybe 10 lbs. For the minute 485 x 10 is my goal, Which in good old England = 5 big plates per side! nice ego boost right there. Id like to get 500 x 10 before im 22 so ive got 5 months.
this is different, i have never seen anyone doing these in the rack before.
but you got a hellable good set up though for doing these.
the depth and everything is just right
