Well there is various and different white supremacist groups in the US, but the KKK is more of a divided and fringe group, they definitely do not have the power they once did, like in the 20's or 30's when about half a million of them marched in washington DC. The Brotherhood isn't perfect, but they make it clear who they address as hypocrites: the traitors in the Arab world, and the western states who've been exploiting the Muslims.

The differences between Hezbollah and the MB is both political and religious. Hezbollah was born out of a civil war, and began its campaign as a guerilla resistance movement dedicating to liberating Lebanon and the Shia from foreign, particularly Israeli aggression. Now Hezbollah is much like Hamas, with both a military wing and a politically active and strongly supported power in Lebanon.
