Saw her tonight in concert in Bielefeld (Germany). She was fantastic, especially with her Liszt repertoire (and wore a green dress this time :-).

She chose "La Campanella" as encore! For good reasons, as you can see here ...

To me it appeared even more brilliant than in the video.

I listened to her play a studio version of this, which had better sound, but, she captures something better in this one. There are parts of this piece that almost make a person feel like dancing. I like that when that rhythmic pulse comes through. Reminds me of a Spanish flamenco or something. Another excellent concert pianist and it doesn't hurt to be that beautiful either.

in my opinion, piano playing is not just about playing piano. I think body performance is as important as ..finger performance(?). I don't know, it's just that... she kindda scares me.... -.-... so rigid not spontaneous look at her face! she keeps faking emotion :(
