THIS IS HOW YOU GET CHEATS TO WORK! Stand in the marker that takes you into the safe house, don't enter. Press Select/Back and enter cheat mode. Your cursor in the pda needs to highlight pmc, but You need to have it so when you open the pda it is already highlighting the pmc icon. Hope this helps!

@FaCaranga Go to internet options and disable the internet. Sadly playing online is probably impossible, but atleast you can enjoy your game.............by yourself...........or with a friend if you use 2 remotes.

Lol sorry for the misleading comment. You have to do the PSN update for the game. If you got the game now and it tells you to update, do it and you should be able to use the cheats now. When I went to the cheats website, it was like you have to do the 26 october update "FROM" psn. I was like wtf how could that be, october is like a bazillion months ago.
