Short the chain up alittle more, and do a double-pully ( One on the recovery Vehicle back to Roll-Back) this doubles your pulling power....But Andrew did and Outstanding job.....THUMBS-UP...

@SCVFD1241NC I'm quite sure Andrew is aware of what snatch blocks do. Sure, a snatch block doubles the pulling power, but it halves the line speed. If the truck's winch is capable of pulling single line, why would an operator want to slow things down?
