First, they have to be in love. Then, you get them both to relax on a double bed. After that, click on a Sim and select "Try For Baby". Then, after they're done doing their thing, wait to hear a baby sound. Sometimes it doesn't always work, so you may have to keep doing that until you hear the sound.

The hack to get teenage sims to "woohoo" is called inteenimator. If you google that, it'll come up with a website where you can download it.

your computer must just be able to run the game, so it misses out the stuff which it can not handel. my old computer never showed me the reflections in the mirrors.

sadly there is nothing u can do other than buy a new computer with better graphics card
