Do you add anything to the vegetables besides the olive oil???? And can you use regular steamed white rice? It looks really good, and we are big tilapia eaters, so I'm always looking for something new. Thanks

I'd of waited tell the very end of the fry to add the snow-peas.

Great suggestion, I almost did that too. They came out crunchy and fresh tasting still, so fortunately none of the flavor was compromised.
