That's right. Read up on the Buraku people. Once the Ainu were considered part of the Buraku like Okinawans, Koreans, Chinese, & other non-Japanese in Japan. It's not so true for Ainu & Okinawans now, who have been for the most part, accepted as legitimate Japanese. Not true for Koreans & Chinese, who still only account for a miniscule portion of the Japanese population. They will never be accepted as Japanese, and Japanese are still forbidden to mix with them. It sounds alot like the people out here are lacking an education in Japanese history and culture. The Japanese caste system has existed since the 1500's. Koreans & Chinese only account for a miniscule portion of the Japanese population. The vast majority of Japanese never have mixed with Koreans & Chinese in Japan. They've always been seen as outsiders and "untouchable", social outcasts. The Japanese will never accept them as Japanese. Japan has been resistent to accept outsiders.

The problem is Devon Aoki is part American. Americans have undesirable genes. I live in the USA, but my father is from France and my mom is Japanese. I or my children will only mix with Europeans.

@ACatal1 Okinawans are of Japanese nationality but not true Japanese blood. Although Okinawans have been accepted as Japanese for the most part, and many are now mixed with Japanese blood, those with darker skin aren't accepted as so. These days, mostly "Japanese" of Okinawan or Korean heritage marry Americans. My mother is Jomon Japanese, real Japanese. Jomon are the Japanese that many Westerners find attractive with more Caucazoid features.

@franconese01 That's your opions, that doesn't make it true, according to archaeology discovery, they have found artifacts about prehistoric Okinawan were from the Jomon that came across from Eurasian Steppe through Siberia to Japan & south. My mother is very attractive looking lady than most northern Japanese that looks mostly look like Chinese and I find it very true! My mom is very light complexions and her blood is match to those people of Kazahstan.Okinawan has more longevity than Japanese.

Japanese from Hokkaido (North Japan) don't look Chinese, lol Those of Jomon origin have light skin and more Caucazoid features. Some Okinawans have dark skin. Where did that come from? They look like Chinese mixed with Black. That's why you see Okinawan women (not real Japanese) marrying Black American servicemen. The Jomon are the original Japanese, not Ryukyuans.

@ACatal1 Koreans only account for 1% of Japan's population, and they aren't even considered citizens in Japan. They can't even vote, idiot. They're BURAKU, the hamlet people, the untouchables. So are Chinese. Japanese have been forbidden throughout history to mix with Koreans, Chinese, or any other Buraku. Japanese people who mix with Koreans are considered Korean, no longer Japanese. Most Japanese will not mix with them. Okinawans were once considered Buraku too, not so much any longer.

@salatta821 I hope you're right on this one because after the world war 2 ended, they were lot of Koreans migrated to Japan to fill the space of population loss cause by the war. If Japanese were avoid to marrying Koreans, so why the hell Japanese soldiers were fucking with Korean women during the war? I have to admit that my mother's family back ground is Japanese had moved to Okinawa for economic reason, my mother never allow me to marrying non-white race nor the Chinese.

@ACatal1 I'm right, b/c I know Japanese history & the social problems in Japan & the Buraku people. I'm Brazilian, part Japanese. There is also some prejudice against Japanese Brazilians that migrated back to Japan. Many Koreans that migrated to Japan after WWII, migrated back to Korea as they should have. Koreans only account for 1% of Japan's population today, and they're still considered Buraku. Korea is an enemy of Japan & Japanese consider their presence in Japan to be a security threat.

Americans & other non-Japanese are ignorant of Japanese history & the origin of the Japanese. That's why they're inclined to define all Japanese as having slanted eyes, etc. There are different degrees of mongoloidism among Japanese b/c Japanese genetics is different from that of the Chinese or Koreans. Yes, the original inhabitants of Japan are the Jomon. They have more Caucazoid features like rounder eyes. Jomon mixed with mongoloid may express more Caucazoid features as well.
