Easy solution is, like staking, get it locked in.
Host selects the percentile, puts up x amount of money and the client accepts.
Example..
Player A wants to dice
Host accepts.
Player puts up 1m
Host puts up 2m
Sets percentile to 60%
If that's not good enough don't dice. Seriously.
