THIS ISNT FABLE, Start on a new game thats just like number 3, before get a serious let down when Fable:the Journey is released. THIS is not a journey nor an adventure, THIS IS A SHOOTER (with magic), terrible, wheres the RPG in this?!, oh thats right, you were aiming to create a game for "every age", its too casual, your loosing your fans, i bet you just lost all of your fans within the ages of 14-25. Fable 1 2 and 3 were perfection. Long lost now. And so is Fable its self.
This would look like a pretty decent game for casual players to whom the fable franchise means absolutely nothing. But for a fan of the original fable this simply isn't very interesting. In my opinion lionhead takes a big step backwards by (at least it looks like it so far) taking out all the interaction with NPCs, the different and interesting side quests and the possibility to explore a phantastic open world. Fable should be at least remotely RPG-related, otherwise it's not fable anymore.

Ohhhh no... How much did Microsoft pay Lionhead to create a game on their dying platform that is the Kinect? I'm guessing not much since Microsoft would have placed most of their assassins on the board of directors there anyway. I'm thoroughly disappointed in Lionhead. I had high hopes for this studio but it looks like the $ is more appealing to them than their fans and followers. When was the last time TLC had a patch? It's a pretty selfish studio to not even take care of what made them great.

Fable I and II were some of the best games I've played, everything Lionhead seem to do now just ruins the franchise. They've taken away traveling and put horse riding in? Traveling was great fun! Take a leaf out of Elder Scrolls games and just add random events to it if you think it's that boring.

I just finished playing Fable 3, and I was so excited for the next one. :( not anymore! Fable 3 was my favorite of the series and i was hoping for more decision making and really exciting twists. I am really disappointed, but I will still check it out.

Well at first I thought it would be a cool edition to the series when I first heard about it, that it would be even bigger and with more depth than any previous game. Now though I don't think I'll be in to it. I'm not really a kinect kind of person. But I'll hold out some hope that this may be worth my Gamefly que.

kinect is just fine for sport games, but with rpg it's gonna be a total disaster... with rpg i wanna relax, explore, but if i have to move all the time and to stand up... and i cant fucking play it if im sick or tired, what the hell is this :(?

I am very dissapointed, fable 2, 3, has been my favourite game since i bought xbox 360, and now i have to buy kinect. The truth is i cant afford it.. :( Please Lionhead make it non kinect too, i beg you!!!!! :((

but, but ,but… I love the rpg. This isn't exactly what I was looking forward to in fable 4. Oh well, I'll play it eventually. I just hope its better then I think.

Fable 3 looked better because it didn't have kinect and it was a revolution so it seemed more exciting although the game was definitely rushed.
