The shortest time on record in the C.Q.B. test is 19 seconds, so that's gotta be the longest you can take to get the Veteran recommendation, but I've missed that time by a matter of seconds. My average time is 23 seconds and my personal best is 22.5. So far, every time I do my best, I get the Hardened recommendation. And I've only seen one YouTube video showwing the guy running the course in under 19 seconds. I'm good, but he's better.
