Hmm..So DOATEC used their advanced medical technology to repair Hayate's spinal cord and then erased his memory. Kasumi wanting revenge on Raidou for her brother is then branded a nukenin. The intro answers a lot of questions about the motivations and stories of several charachters but then leaves you wondering: Why did DOATEC brainwash and imprision Hayate/Ein?  Why didn't Kasumi's father who is the head of the Hajimon clan, allow her to seek vengence for her brother?
