I was born in Australia as a half-Hungarian, and my childhood bestfriend was born here as a half-Polish. We don't speak the languages but we feel the brotherhood :) Actually we are learning both languages now! There is a Polish language school/church near our houses

@NushieeeX Well, actually I've been learning Hungarian for a year now, so me and my friend have both just started to both learn Polish. We went crazy and bought about 20 books so we have a lot of work ahead of us LOL. Neither language is easy, but you share a few words which is really cool :) That is really great that you have a Hungarian friend too, I know 1 real Hungarian in real life but unfortunetly I don't know any Poles :(

I have many true Polish friends and I always feel very much like among brothers with them, the same as they do in Hungary. We are having very similar manner, sharing the same feelings, way of thinking...etc. - even If we could not speak in English we would be able to understand each other without words ;-)

I was born in Australia as a half-Hungarian, and my childhood bestfriend was born here as a half-Polish. We don't speak the languages but we feel the brotherhood :) Actually we are learning both languages now! There is a Polish language school/church near our houses

@NushieeeX Well, actually I've been learning Hungarian for a year now, so me and my friend have both just started to both learn Polish. We went crazy and bought about 20 books so we have a lot of work ahead of us LOL. Neither language is easy, but you share a few words which is really cool :) That is really great that you have a Hungarian friend too, I know 1 real Hungarian in real life but unfortunetly I don't know any Poles :(

@eiffelTowerMan No. We Hungarians were in submission to the Austrians, and that cannot be called a friendship. Friendship is based on mutual and equal respect, which we had with Poland for many centuries.

I have many true Polish friends and I always feel very much like among brothers with them, the same as they do in Hungary. We are having very similar manner, sharing the same feelings, way of thinking...etc. - even If we could not speak in English we would be able to understand each other without words ;-)

n addition to historical, there are also genetic reasons for the legendary friendship the both nations / peoples.
A very large part of the Poles are also, like the Hungarians Scythian origin.
