@PopoZaO323 Konnan actually taught him how to do it backstage one night.
Ric Flair...ah! This was the episode where Flair attacked Roddy Piper on his way to the ring, and a dazed Piper accidentally nailed Vince McMahon with a steel chair during the melee.
