Holding to a Pre-Tribulation rapture notion is drastically weakening the Church worldwide. The Church should be preparing for spiritual battle against the most evil forces arrayed by hell. @MadeAlivestudio Not be promoting the pre-trib rapture? The believers (Saints) in this cartoon are raptured while going about their daily buisness. How can they possible be doing this without the Mark of the Beast in order to buy, sell & do buisness,(which would forfeit their salvation)? The Bible teaches that the Saints will be given over into the Antichrist's hand, and will be persecuted & martyred. So the only one's raptured will be those who are hiding & make it to the end.
What about those who are sleeping in the same bed of someone who's not one of God's elect? Or what about that saint who's working in the field with someone who's not a believer, or at the mill? @MadeAlivestudio Yes, His saint are gathered at the end. But there is also a rapture of the wicked too. Luke 17:32-37 & Matt.24:38-41, are referring to the terrible judgment of the wicked, not the wonderful gathering together of His elect. Matt. 24:31 is referring to the saints, and 24:38-41 is referring to the judgment of the wicked. 2 totally different types of "raptures" (1 is judgement, the other is glory) for 2 different groups of people, both events occur at the end.

Many Christians don’t seem to care enough to investigate if their belief measures up to what the Bible teaches. Let’s see what Jesus said about the rapture?
John 17:15 “My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one.”
Matthew 10:22-23 “you will not finish going through the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes.”
Matthew 24:13-14 “but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.”
Reading this in context is a prayer DIRECTED to the APOSTLES

NOW see a difference when Jesus changes his prayer and directs it towards future saints in Vers 20
& in Vers 24
Jesus ask the Father for US to be with him where he is. Sounds like a Pre-Trib Rapture to me.
Matthew 24:22 “for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.” (Why are they shorten if we are gone)
Matthew 24:30-31 “And then all the peoples of the earth[c] will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven.” “With a loud trumpet call and they will gather his elect from the four winds.” (There is only a second coming not a third coming)
Revelation 12:17 “Dragon will war against the rest of her offspring—those who keep God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus.”
Revelation 13:7 “It was given power to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them.” (Who will the dragon war with and who will be conquered if we are gone)

I see what could happen when scripture is taken out of context and how it can slowly change churches. Only those that are not truly saved are left back, so by saying that you're asking the Lord to leave the salvation He won for you on the Cross for a seemingly self righteous act of dying for Him as you feel it will add to something by doing so. To face to the times spoken about in Revelation is like Hell on earth with God's judgment. The rapture spoken about in 1 Thessalonians keeps us AWAY from God's judgment on an ungodly world.

Instead of doing what christ said and witness to the lost, they had rather fight over beliefs and the way one reads and sees or interprets the Bible as individuals. Its sad. The pre trib rapture is completely biblical. Jesus would not let his followers go through the scary things that will happen during the tribulation. Peoples hearts will be failing from fear.

@makeme708 I have read my BIble carefully and I know for a fact that Jesus is not making his believers go through his wrath nor the anti christs rule on Earth. He does come at the end of the tribulation to set up his kingdom on Earth for 1000 years, but that does not mean the believers are going to suffer through the his wrath that's laughable. Also, the tribulation doesn't start till the anti-christ shows his ugly face, so NO we are not already in the tribulations.

@MultiThewatcher Actually, the New Jerusalem will come down after the 7-year Tribulation and the 1000 year reign will begin. Then Satan will be released for a short time after the thousand years and then we will be taken to the New Earth. New Jerusalem is before the 1000 years and New Earth is after. And, it's physical, even more physical than this earth since we now are only living in 4 of the 10 dimensions. Many Christians imagine a bodiless existence, but we'll have physical PERFECT bodies

Then John see the 1500 mile wide space city descend on planet earth. It will take up so much land. So I assume for the 1000 years preparation will be done to make ready the landing path.

Luke 17:32-37 & Matt.24:38-41, are referring to the terrible judgment of the wicked, not the wonderful gathering together of His elect. Matt. 24:31 is referring to the saints, and 24:38-41 is referring to the judgment of the wicked. 2 totally different types of "raptures" (1 is judgement, the other is glory) for 2 different groups of people, both events occur at the end.

Only those that are not truly saved are left back, so by saying that you're asking the Lord to leave the salvation He won for you on the Cross for a seemingly self righteous act of dying for Him as you feel it will add to something by doing so. To face to the times spoken about in Revelation is like Hell on earth with God's judgment. The rapture spoken about in 1 Thessalonians keeps us AWAY from God's judgment on an ungodly world.

The pre trib rapture is completely biblical. Jesus would not let his followers go through the scary things that will happen during the tribulation. Peoples hearts will be failing from fear.

@Kr0n1k4Lyfe There is no pre trib, we are at the very end of the final tribulation, the rapture occur at the end of the final tribulation, He saids in the bible IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE TRIBULATION!
You can not just believe what you want to believe when it comes to the word of God, you have to read the bible comparing scripture with scripture, not just making up your own beliefs or listening to whatever someone tells you, you have to read the bible so carefully.

@makeme708 I have read my BIble carefully and I know for a fact that Jesus is not making his believers go through his wrath nor the anti christs rule on Earth. He does come at the end of the tribulation to set up his kingdom on Earth for 1000 years, but that does not mean the believers are going to suffer through the his wrath that's laughable. Also, the tribulation doesn't start till the anti-christ shows his ugly face, so NO we are not already in the tribulations.

How many times must we tlll you that the gathering of the faithful remant (jews) is not the same as the rapture. They are not taken to heaven. They are simply gathered to go into the kingdom Jesus brings on earth. The christians are already in the New Jerusalem when it comes down 1000 years later. Arrrghhhh

@MultiThewatcher Actually, the New Jerusalem will come down after the 7-year Tribulation and the 1000 year reign will begin. Then Satan will be released for a short time after the thousand years and then we will be taken to the New Earth. New Jerusalem is before the 1000 years and New Earth is after. And, it's physical, even more physical than this earth since we now are only living in 4 of the 10 dimensions. Many Christians imagine a bodiless existence, but we'll have physical PERFECT bodies

@ClassicCartoonsGuy the new jerusalem comes down after the battle of Gog and Magog which is after the 1000 years when satan is released. Then John see the 1500 mile wide space city descend on planet earth. It will take up so much land. So I assume for the 1000 years preparation will be done to make ready the landing path.
I agree that we still will have a physical existence. A body is essential for Earth Realm.

@MinWilliamJosephWWM I know the New Jerusalem will come down after the New Earth. I never said it wasn't. The battle of Gog and Magog will bring in the 1000 year reign of Christ AND THEN, AFTER the 1000 years, there will be a New Earth in which the New Jerusalem comes down.

@MinWilliamJosephWWM um, the book of Revelation and the book of Daniel (specifically Daniel 38-39. all you really have to do is follow the timeline of the end times to understand that the battle of Gog and Magog is before the 1000 year reign. @makeme708 At the end of the final tribulation?? When was the peace treaty signed by the antichrist that marked the beginning? Who is the antichrist, for that matter? The antichrist will be revealed before the tribulation begins. We're not in the tribulation.

For the Jews started rebuilding the temple March 16,2010 the secrect vessels are already completed. The Second Coming is a scheduled public event where Jesus comes all the way to Earth with His Church to establish a Kingdom here. I say scheduled and public because the general time of His coming will be known on Earth over 3 1/2 years in advance, and public because everyone on Earth will be able to witness His arrival. Matt. 24:29-30 says it will happen shortly after the Great Tribulation has ended and all the nations will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds in the sky

@MultiThewatcher So what does the Word say in revelation 3:3 in the King James version. There are only two translations of the Bible the American Standard and the KJV. read those. So I ask what are you watching for? Just His coming? or the signs He spoke of in Matt 243- 18 and then verse 29 . Immediately afterr the tribulation of those days the sun shall not shine and the moon shall not give her light. "The day that no man knows" is an Idiom of a day on the hebrew exile calendar= 1st of Tishri!
