@poxieify you realize that those were sequels. Not remakes. Look at The Longest Yard. The remake was awesome. Now, I admit that Kevin Bacon was amazing. But, that doesn't mean that noone else can play the part extremely well. And now they have Jullianne Hough as his co-star. She is an amazing dancer. (She was just in the movie Burlesque with Cher and Stanley Tucci!!!) Lets be honest, Footloose will be a hit! :)
