how did you keep your health up you dont have any healing spells at least none that i know of

@Melf102 if you use your spells / abilities like "Icy Touch" or "Plague Strike" you inficace your target with "Frost fever" and "Blood plague" then use your "Death strike" and this leads to healing 10% of your total health, if you have Glyph then 15%

I did solo Onyxia on Demon Soul. If you think it isn't possible, it must mean that you just suck at WoW and do not know how to play your class.

I'm in some epics, but mostly blues. keep in mind that I did this before they nerfed DK's to hell. My spec focused around health regeneration.

Definitely possible. I used to do it on my DK every week. She used to drop about 160g plus other random boe's and epics from Vanilla. Same server as this DK actually, Synechia if you'd like to armory. Only tough part is air phase, hard to keep healed since she moves so much and isn't easily visible.
