Alright, I'll concede to the rev limiter situation. But I still don't like the XKR's sound (or the F430's, for that matter).

What makes you think that an F430 ISN'T strained? 480+ BHP out of a 4.3 litre V8? The Corvette's LS7 produces about that much, and it has 7 litres to play with. Hell, even the Mercedes - AMG M115 has 6.3 litres and around 500 BHP. Your point?
