@nicoeastcoast in swimming he has his hands r too separated from the surface of the water, a triathlete would have em as close as possible to save energy, also he kicks eventually above the water, while in training the kick is mostly for balance purpose and must be uniform for endurance, in the gym he cant even balance himself and lifts like 2 lb, in biking a triathlete never stands up for propulsion, the bike is designed for that sitting and holding the handle bars, btw i have his shoes lol...
@elinfiernoentusojos oh you r right i looked more carefully and he looks like an actor or a real beginner athlete i understand he wrong more position in swimming, biking and workout but his running looks good sorry for my english i m italian, by the way this sport is amazing i really enjoy it :)
@elinfiernoentusojos really? try not lifting your arms in an open water swim, and see how much energy you conserve then. standing on a bike (especially during training) builds your legs muscles. perhaps you would want to try some of this videos 'flaws' in your routine, it may just improve your time.
@SitsWthMouse hi! and thanks! but i remain skeptical about that, please could you allow me to see which trainer, coach, triathlete recommend that?, any video or whatever, you know, "extend your arms in open water" or "when you go out to the road on a bike stand up to build your muscles", maybe that would be a good advice, but i haven't seen it,
Great video!! Can't wait to do the Ironman in 2014!!!! I did the Chicago marathon this year and I will do the Chicago triathlon in 2012 and Ironman 70.3 in 2013.

you should've ran the video in order? swim bike then run. that way people will see and be able to feel what triathlon is about
