  • Well now lisbon treaty has been voted for, it will be LOST jobs for Ireland - and all of euyrope from now on.....

EU = UNEMPLOYMENT (unless you are a corrupt politician)

Well done, you Liars! (Cowen & Co)

  • Hey ShipBackThePolaks what job do you have? I bet you didn't even do your leaving cert!

  • Well then, you see only one side of the medal (or yoiu just want to see that side). Yes, Poles are usually working on that type of jobs. But in other hand Poles also work in banking and business. About your "easy woman" - there are many personalities. Some of Irish girls are also of that type - that's pretty random, and if you have contact with many people, then you'll see that. I think that you have problem... how did we call that in modern world? Hmmm... RACISM? ;p

  • Oh, or it maybe be just a influence of stupid stereotypes....

  • I'm in my home, silly boy. Besides, I don't care, where the rest of my countryman are working. I know, that you're crying that Poles have more chance to get job, because they're more industrious and cheaper to cheaper to maintain than you - lasy bums. Go, cry some more about it. Go ahead and entertain me more :3

  • Don't worry. "Slav vermin" like you called us, also don't want nothing to do with you - Irish scum.

  • Anyway. You voted "yes" in referendum, because you wanted to hold your jobs. How pity, that after that, the biggest companies like O'Briens Sandwich, Aer Lingus or even Intel, who financed that campaign are going to fire people despite your "yes".

So, you'll suffer, and with you rest of the EU. Congrats, mates! Keep it up!

  • Yeah yes for jobs being fucked.

  • @ ShipBack. Have you managed to locate Ireland on the map or are you still looking?

  • If we are not European then what the fuck are we?

  • mexican

  • Are you for real? Do you not know your geography? Take a look at a fucking map.

  • WE are Irish BUT also European.

  • Ship of fools...will the masses ever learn ?

  • anyone notice all the jobs lost since we got the yes vote???

  • And a Communist party as well said "vote no". Thats the first time i heard something like that exists in our dear ireland. Gosh!

  • lol brilliant.

  • hahaha you are jokin right? half your country wants your joke of a royal family gone, aww sucks for you don't it, your country is a joke these days hey with Gordon Brown as your prime minister you won't be able to rise up besides when you're a Called To Arms to fight in war that doesn't concern you well say bye bye to that reverie

  • lol why can't handle the truth eh?

  • "99% of the time you do what Britian wants."

you got it wrong 99% of the time Britain does what the US wants

  • Bailing out the banks is being patriotic? no it's being a pushover, why should we the republic bail out people who didn't do their job right eh? what the workin class should suffer while the bankers get away with murder? seriously fuck you, you wanna know what a patriot is? A Patriot=a person who regards himself or herself as a defender, esp. of individual rights, AGAINST presumed interference by the federal government. Seriously fuck off brit and Keep you nose out of my countries affairs,

  • Come on the greens, lets have an election. We have a chance to rid this country of FF for ever. FF is like a cancer on the irish people.

  • Come on the Green party. Collapse this disgraceful government or you'll never get elected ever again.

If the Greens dont reject NAMA then they and their furry agendas are gone forever and I'll personally kick a kitten. Do you want me to kick a kitten, Greens? I'll do it. Don't tempt me.

  • the deposits insured so what i dont get is why they dont just let the greedy banks go bankrupt. then once they are gone buy them up at firesale prices after they have gone bk. then reopen them as a nationalised irish bank with no debt. lehman brother leftovers were bought within two days of going bankrupt by barclays without the debt. no need to save these parasites

  • 3 people in my family got removed from the register without explanation.

All of whom voted no last time around.

I was also I.D-ed for the first time ever when I went to vote.

Just thought I'd put that out there as a relevant point, as I'm from north Cork & we had one of the highest 'no' rates in the country first time around.

Also, not one person I know changed their vote.

  • Just drop the debate. The Treaty passed the vote and now we'll deal with the consequences whether they be good or bad. Nice video, though.

  • EU draws up plans to establish itself as 'world power'

The European Union has drawn up secret plans to establish itself as a global power in its own right with the authority to sign international agreements on behalf of member states.

Thats not me that the Telegraph . ... cheers yes voters ..

  • 75% OF FAILED ASYLUM SEEKERS EVADE DEPORTATION

THE state has spent more than €6.8m in the past 5 yrs on flights to send failed asylum-seekers back to their countries.

6,000 people are now classified as 'evading deportation' with only a quarter of all orders actually ever implemented.

In the past 6 yrs, justice ministers have signed close to 8,500 deportation orders fewer than 2,500 of these have ended in repatriation.

  • The yes vote was Fraudulent...

Democracy does not exist in Ireland and hasn't for a long time...

    Peace

  • Min wage will be under threat .. thats a worse case scenario . Yes the NO side bowed down to the yes scare tactics on that one ..

  • Min wage is not under threat because we have min wage legislation. You no supporters really don't know what you're talking about. Thank god there was so few of you.

  • thats where you are wrong just like every pig ignorant yes twat

  • Strong point, well backed up by hard facts.

You just reduced yourself to meaningless mud slinging, you're practically foaming at the mouth. Do you see how stupid you look?

  • legislation? u do realise that eu courts will be above our legislation. what good is legislation when u cant enforce it?

  • The EU has not currently, nor will it under Lisbon, any power over the minimum wages of member states. Irelands minimum wage was set down in Irish law under the National Minimum Wage Act 2000, and the EU can do nothing to change this. In fact Lisbon provides for even greater social protection than is currently guaranteed in EU law.

  • Remember the Act of Union, the treaty of 1921? The "immediate and terrible war" that was used to force the delegates to sign and the interest groups that backed up the threat in Ireland? It's all been done before. Yes, some were eejits, but keep standing up for the country. They lie that there's no threat to sovereignty and the constitution but let us stand up for the integrity of the nation anyway. There will be plenty of support from the people of Europe.

  • I spent all Saturday in the shower with a cigar, singing "la la la la la la la la la la la"

  • Have a look at Lenihan the European Shepard on TV3 with Vincent Brown, still refusing to accept that the campaign was led on job creation.

    Horrible European Shepard.

  • And if victory doesn't follow their efforts, then at least they can hold their heads up high and say they tried. History will look most favourably upon the NO side, although it looks like history will be written by the likes of the elites in the EU and objective history will be no more.

The Yes side however will have much to answer for as the consequences for their greed, fear and shortsightedness unfolds with each and every day of this new EU.

  • Well done to all who voted NO. As always it is the few who stand up against tyranny. Many of us knew it would be a yes result, I personally knew that most of the Irish would vote with their pockets, just like they kept voting for a corrupt gov, for fear of losing the celtic tiger.

Does that mean we don't TRY to fight and resist, NO. Just as the men of 1916 were the minority, it is always the few, that fight for freedom, leaving the sheep to ride the bandwagon if victory follows their efforts.

  • More was earned through diplomacy than was ever one by force of arms. The 1916 rising was against the will of the people of the time. It was only after the executions that public support rallied for them. Stop using the tired "up the IRA" mentality we've past it as a nation. Coming from someone whose great grand relatives

fought in it, on opposing sides.

  • fionn18

You obviously missed the point, I said the men of 1916 were not supported by the majority, they were the few who went against popular opinion.

I don't care what your greatgrand relatives did, jesus talk about trying to claim something off the backs off others. Given that grabbing mentality, it's no wonder what you were going to vote for. Shameful.

While one can be proud of what ones relatives have done in the past, you cannot claim credit for it ....YOU only count for what YOU do.

  • I was putting something in context trying to show my impartiality on the subject but take from it what you will. But history has show us that despite the cost that they paid they were wrong. civilians died in a hopeless cause because they were too proud to call it off

  • fionn18

'Impartiality', yet you made assumptions about what my views were on the IRA etc. That's not impartiality, but it's called jumping to conclusions, even if your assumptions are correct, thay are still assumptions without having asked the other person what their views actually are.

On force of arms - Canary Wharf bombing, 85million damages in the financial district. Result, the british started talking to make a deal. Violence hit them in the pocket and they soon focused on getting a deal

  • Are you referring to my comment? I am talking about learning lessons from the mistakes of the past. We need to stand by what we have and what was earned in the past from both rebellion and diplomacy. This is necessary so the past does not repeat itself.

  • nope sorry this was aimed at waaeaa. The reply feature is a bit of a hassle at times

  • That's ok fionn, you're right about that.

I think the yes side did an excellent job of inspiring fear in the populace, something the British and pro-treaty side did in 1922. Something we need to learn is not to be divided among ourselves as we were then. We gained a lot with the foreign policy/neutrality advances of the 1930/40s and the sovereignty/human rights aspects of the constitution. The govt says they are not affected. Let's hold them to their word, whatever their real intentions.

  • @CillRos

The Gov. are already backtracking, they are saying it had nothing to do with jobs. This is the first bit, sure as shit more will follow, mark my words on that.

  • As a NO voter and someone who has suffered from the down turn in the economy, I hope this island suffers for it's short sightedness. That means I'll suffer for the stupidity of others, but it's a small sacrifice to make in order to see the yes fools wonder where their jobs are.

This country is a complete failure, run by idiots for idiots. Unfortunately, a lot of us have to live beside the eejits who thought they were going to get something for nothing. I know who the real losers are. Filth.

  • They'd have had their way regardless. Whether by ignoring another no vote, re running the referendum or fiddling with the results. There's your democracy. What a victory!

  • Congratulations to all who voted 'NO' on October 2nd. The 'Yes' result is a tragic day for Ireland.

  • Well I voted No and um very proud to have done so.. To all those who voted Yes - enjoy the consequences

  • You know by 2012 we wont be able to post videos like this one above because we will be charged for using the internet. All part of a one goverment europe. You silly irish fools.

  • Nicely done.

  • What about the democracy that got exercised last year? It's only democracy if we give the 'right' answer. If you truly believe in democracy, anyone who voted 'yes' last year, should have voted 'no' this time, to show respect for true democracy. What we saw, was fake democracy. When Tony Blair becomes EU President, tell me who voted for him democratically!

Anecdotally, I don't know a single person who voted 'yes'. I smell a rat.

  • I'm the opposite. I know one guy at work who voted yes. What do you think of the first referendum? Should we have the best of three?

  • Did people forget we ALREADY voted once , we said no . they ran it again . sad day for ireland. fair play to all the no voters ,ye can hold yer head up proud lads.

to the yes sheep , thanks very much,ye sold one more piece of Ireland away.

  • The Yes side was advocated by the authors of NAMA and the government that is to implement the McCarthy report. Enough said.

  • I have to say I've become totally disillusioned with Ireland. The majority are nothing more than sheep. They believe everything that white-collar crooks tell them. They definitely deserve the current government that they have.

  • We deserve everything we get ! we should have stormed the dail last year and lynched everyone of them !

bring it on BIFFO ! rape us ! we deserve it !!

  • UGH

Makes me angry that people are so oblivious to what a Yes vote will do, it's common sense like...Not hard to figure out it was a totally fucked up decision, the country will be worse than ever.

  • Actually if you are so pathetic that you rely on a treaty for a job, you aren't a man.

You pathetic losers. Go hang yourselves NOW!

  • The last comment I left on my page say it all for me. If you voted yes, FUCK YOU!

  • I've been lucky enough to travel to many different places. The only one I never go back to is that land of sleaze. Lenihan you lying bastard every week I am going to send you a letter asking where is my job? If you voted YES your a sheep bahhh bahhh

  • Anyone been to Turkey? Sleazy dirty lazy slime balls that love Ireland, the kids speak in Irish and the parents wear gaa tops. Stupid ugly Irish women go over there a lot and they become abused and taken advantage of, I have witnessed this first hand. Polish taking all PT jobs, Refugees taking everything they can the lazy fuckers. Now you go and open the doors to rapist Turks, wait and see.

  • Turkey? I know a fat cunt neighbour who was surprised when the Turkish boyfriend started beating her. She has a great child to prove it, BUT!

  • 67% of Irish people are stupid dumb love it in the ass traitor fuckers. I can hear the answers already in six months, but they said it was for jobs its not my fault. You ruined Ireland fucking sheep.

  • well done you yes voters who listened to lies from one of the worlds most corrupt governments.

  • Thanks E1REANN for putting up the video we want to know how the Electorate in Ireland voted YES.

By the way I salute all Irish voters who voted NO.

Much respect to you even though it is not the verdict we were looking for.

  • krauss is the last hope for eu

  • The irish people will never learn. Fair play to donegal for voting NO. God help the people in dire straits in this country you just made your life even worse.

  • E1REANN is correct. The French want to do away with Irelands low corporate taxes. Now with the harmonising of taxes investment will go to Eastern Europe with it's low wages. There will no longer be an incentive to invest in Ireland. Low transport costs and cheap labor will see investors go elsewhere. It was the low taxes which created the boom here, not EU membership. As a matter of fact the EMU contributed to the bust.

The servile fuckers who voted yes deserve their shitty fate!

  • It's pretty fucking annoying that these cunts can lie through their teeth and get away with it, 6 months down the line they will say "well we were supposed to get more jobs"...

Thick looking cunts, funny thing is they will not have to answer to anybody.

When will ireland wake the fuck up and start doing something about it? Never is the answer, bend over and take it like a whore you thick cunts.

  • They won't lie about jobs in 6 months time. They're back peddling already. You can't say you weren't warned about these crooks.

  • You must be mixing up the yes and no arguments. We already have low corporation taxes which will now most likely be increased to come in line the taxes of the bigger member states.

  • ok not "reduced" corporation taxes, just it will be kept to a guaranteed low at least, tell me in the treaty where it says otherwise. And please don't refer to the indirect taxes like so many other no siders tend to do by mistake.

  • Tell me where these guarantees are in the treaty?

  • Great video. Well done. Any more like these?

  • We'll pull them up on all their lies and retractions post Lisbon!

  • Irish people still think with their pockets and not with their heads. They know their politicians are corrupt yet they continuously vote them back in, they know they are constantly being lied to yet they still do what they're told. They had the choice.

  • Comment removed

  • Don't upset yourselves people ! when cowen and his ghouls publish the budget in december , they are going to RAPE most of the slaves who voted yes ! lol

Fuck them they deserve it !

  • They're going to rape those of us that voted NO too.

  • Comment removed

  • Horrible bastard, being part of the EU has destroyed our country, dirty refugees all over the place and foreigners everywhere. The time when you could leave your key in the door, spend your punts and see who's watch was stolen on crimewatch came to an end when these fuckers came into power. The same fuckers who voted yes are the same people who voted in FF repeatedly. I am not one of them so I still hold some pride. KEEP VOTING FOR FF you deserve everything you get,

  • Lying "B's".

Our Grandfathers would be turning in their graves!!!

  • See take the few quid out of the Irish Sheeples pockets and they shit themselves..."How wqill we afford the payments on the Jeep Fiachra? Lets vote yes and things will be ok. maybe I won't have to sell the 3-series after all".

    Shower of cowards.

This is a bad day for democracy.

  • If all you YES heads like Europe so much why couldn't you just FUCK OFF TO EUROPE? Listen to Lenihan, he's quoting that crap and the final count was yet to be finished. Did you hear Clowns speech? Dont remember hearing any mention of jobs either, nothing but fat head mumblings about how Ireland's now a player in the EU. Listen up STUPID FUCKS we are already in the EU. 67% of you should walk around bent over from this day on, its ok you can come out, we know how much you like it in the ass.

  • if people act like sheep.. in due time they will be treated like sheep

  • im irish and voted no.

i am ashamed to be irish after this.

This Country is full of self centered idiots who do as their told and vote for scumbags.

We get the leaders we deserve and anyone who voted yes should hang their heads in shame.

This time next year there will not be one single job created because of a yes vote.

lAMBS TO THE SLAUGHTER THATS WHAT ALL YOU YES VOTERS ARE.

  • Yes for jobs my arse. FF have fucked over the nation so many times but the ''sheep'' keep believing everything they say. FG & Labour ain't much better either. Ireland really is a gombeen nation.

  • What a pathetic and servile country, led by criminal filth and populated with easily duped simpletons. Lehinan is a filthy piece of human garbage, the lowest of the low. I hope the bastard dies roaring.

  • Corrupt people produce corrupt politicians.

  • The electorate pwned again by Fianna Failure. I wonder how they feel knowing they've sold out the nation for an empty promise....

  • Do'h! Looks like Fianna Fail picked my pocket yet again.

  • yeah why is this video so far down the list too when its only fresh!

    watch?v=t764ACqXK3M

  • Fair play to ya E1REANN. I've been looking for that clip for a few hours. What a wanker he is. Out and out liar.

  • Thank you DebZeb33. It took a bit of searching alright!

  • October 2nd 2009 a new dark day in Ireland's history and now lisbon is going to get ratified thanks a lot biffo loving cunts uhh where's the The Morrígan when you need her? btw great job you speak the truth

  • Their entire campaign was based on complete and utter exploitation of job fears! Brian Lenihan/Fianna Failure hypocrires! Still you can't argue with the democratic process (if you could call it that).

  • Vote yes for jobs ? brian cowens job ! heres to the dumb Irish ! thanks once again for proving that you really are a nation of crooks and me feiners , you would gladly sell your freedom for the promises of a politician , have fun in december with the worst budget in the states history ! i hope the government screws you c****s into the ground !

  • Self serving wankers! I hope cowen dies a painful death in a car crash!!

  • They voted yes? :-/

  • For jobs and recovery!

  • Fancy that, mate. :-/

There goes your ale money. :-/
