I'm sorry that your dog is terrorized over an extended amount of time by those cretins but know that many of your immediate neighbors who have lived in the area for close to 45 years follow and respect the firework laws as they allow. If it's any consolation, it was a pretty mirthless New Years welcoming by old Waipahu standards for sure.

The heaviest fireworks begin at approximately 9:00 in the video. Midnight happens around 13:00.
