Actually, he says "tit" in the singular, as was common in the late 1960s and early 70s.

It was a collective concept, standing for the female breast in general.

You'd hear guys saying, for example, "Fwoaar, she's got a lot of tit" or perhaps "Nice bird, but not much tit."

Classic, this was actually from the very last Monty Python episode, from memory aired in 1974, I still have the episode on reel to reel tape with sound only and it`s the first time I`ve seen the pictures ever since. Don`t know why there are subtitles here as it`s perfect english, maybe for the hard of hearing. Thanks for posting.
