I don't know if you have very bad hearing but the guitar is tuned for sure. You can listen to many of their guitar play and see that it is always tuned before they play. They reason it sounds like that is because they are playing in a room (their shop) where echo is in effect and it is the guitar that gives such a perfect melody. Worst of all, saying that he needs a better sounding guitar??? Thats just you. I like it the way it is.
