every time this video gets played Jeff rolls in his grave. This is disgusting. There is an interview with jeff on youtube where he explains how you can hear if someone is honest when they're singing... Jeff was pure and honest when he sang. Josh Groban would be an example of the opposite of this concept. He just sings to please. it's good, powerful, and clean but not true. if you don't understand what I'm talking about, listen closer
As someone who has seen Josh live, I have to disagree with you. Also as someone who has seen Jeff perform live on more than one occasion back in the day...I fail to understand why your trying to down play Josh in comparison. They're both completely different artists, but both equally grand and talented in their abilities.
I don't get why people are hating this. Personally I think this song is quite fitting in Jeff's case. Just because it's a dedication to a certain artist, doesn't mean at all that it needs to be a song BY that artist. 'Remember' is a beautiful tune to have picked and I feel some of the comments posted here are a tad harsher than quite frankly needed to be. Also the one about it's not about emotions but feelings....that is a contradiction in itself. And given Jeff was all about 'love'...
Ehm... When your title is "Remembering Jeff" I supposed you would use his music and not Josh Groban's? I mean, the music is basically what people remember Jeff Buckley for. Seems pretty ironical to me.
