The problem is this obviously attracts non smokers to it as well rather than a stop smoking aid, implying that its healthy but it is still not good for you, not as bad as usual cigs so it's great for people who have been unsuccessful with quitting smoking but it's still not good for you so shouldn't encourage non smokers to do it. The smoke machines at most concerts and clubs are banned now because of health reasons and its the same stuff as this.

It's not a stop smoking aid. It's an option besides smoking combusted tobacco.
