You no longer have the Right to pursue Justice should a telecom company warrantlessly wiretap you. Further more, if you should be detained for years based on said warrantless wiretaps, there still is nothing you can do about it.
Why do you feel that Americans do not deserve the ability to pursue Justice for infringements into their Rights?
