It's not the first time that i ear that someone say that he heard a voice inside his head. A woman who has been kidnapped heard a voice telling her to run but she did'nt listen. Another person said that while he was being stab a voice ask him "Do you want to come now or later?". Who's this voice? Is it God? So that mean that God can step in when we're in big trouble only. Imagine if God would talk to you in a normal day, you would become crazie cause no one would believe you !!

Awesome experience! One thing really interests me. You mentioned "The Light" had a form as it were a being. You said you can still see the form. Can you describe as best as you can in earthly words the form and appearance of The Light's form? Did it have a head, shoulders, arms, torso, legs, etc? cubeus19 : The professionals that study this give many reasons why these are not chemically induced visions. See Dr Raymond Moody and Dr Melvin Morse. The best evidence I know of is the fact that these people can travel away from their bodies and report correctly on events that they saw while in that state.

Actually the Bible DOES absolutely talk about these things. The problem is that people don't read it and learn for themselves. They just take the skewed answers of others. The holy bible is called "the Good News" for a reason. It is the BOOK OF LOVE. Just read what Jesus said. It is about unconditional love. What this man experienced, was the source (God) and Heaven. You'll see. :)

This is actually what we do already, and not just with people, but with everything we've ever come in contact with. In the academic world, the concept is called "phenomenology". Fascinating stuff, really. We do tend to project ourselves and our own ideas onto everything.
(Bible) - I do not believe it was written by a god, but by men.
Oh and one other thing - "this 'loving being' that most NDE's talk about is Jesus Christ" isn't entirely true. All the research I've done and read suggests that the "loving being" is whatever deity you believe in. If you're of the Muslim faith, it's usually Mohammad, if you're of the Christian faith, Jesus, and so on. Research NDE experiences from non-Christian parts of the world and you get a much higher proportion of whatever religion they're into. It's kind of an ethnocentric experience.
Mudget ; the person seen by many NDEers could very well be their guardian angel. Because the majority of people have no knowledge of the structure of the afterlife, they only assume it is the religious personage of their religion.
Sockpuppet - I'm with you. Just not entirely sure that consciousness isn't a form of energy. Science (particularly quantum physics) in fact is starting to assume that thought may very well be matter. In other words, the old saying "if a tree falls in the woods, would we hear it?" - quantum physics is now saying "no, in fact, that tree doesn't even exist when you're not thinking about it".
As for time, space and matter ... all just human constructs. Time isn't real. There is only ever "now".
Have you read the Bible then? All fairy tales have a some kind of moral/spiritual message. The same message can be found in all inspired texts wether it be christian budhist. Don't matter how you get thee as long as yo get there.
I wouldn't sya hearsay in all instances. If I read something that rings true in my heart then it inspires me and is what I could call inspired text. It is from the Source. Wether I wrote it or said it or not is beside the point. But truely nothing beats getting it live and direct! :)

@imrickjamesbltch no I dont think theyre dreaming .I just think our minds are so wider and intuned to everything before we die.as a nursing assistant i saw a lot of people pass away and held theyre hands and they all would say wonderful things like oh can you hear that music its so beautiful or the colors theyre so intense theres my aunt always a possitive exsperience.i use to be so afraid to die but 15 years of seing others pass away im not scared.

I wonder if Adolf Hitler was loved by the light too! I think he was because the light (God) does'nt juge anyone. I think he was the one juging himself with his new comprehension of life on the other side. Awesome experience! One thing really interests me. You mentioned "The Light" had a form as it were a being. You said you can still see the form. Can you describe as best as you can in earthly words the form and appearance of The Light's form? Did it have a head, shoulders, arms, torso, legs, etc? Was it like a man, or just a sort of blob like Jabba the Hutt? I want to know how it looked. I am really interested now.

cubeus19 : The professionals that study this give many reasons why these are not chemically induced visions. See Dr Raymond Moody and Dr Melvin Morse. The best evidence I know of is the fact that these people can travel away from their bodies and report correctly on events that they saw while in that state.

his experience of drowning is diffrent to mine, i agree with the ache feeling in every part of your muscle, but there was no pain, the thought of drowning is realy horific and you think to yourself that it would be an awful way of dying, but believe me, its anything but painful, the second before i got pulled out of the water, i could feel my body starting to shut down, i knew this was it, i was going to die, and i was preparing myself for what was going to happen next.

In truth, we are judging the parts of ourselves, that we observe in others.
Other people act as a miror, reflecting back at us aspects of ourselves that may need some attention!
The reason we use our judjement in this way is quite simple.
It is easier to see the grain of sand in the eyes of others, than it is to see the mountain in our own!

Actually the Bible DOES absolutely talk about these things. The problem is that people don't read it and learn for themselves. They just take the skewed answers of others. The holy bible is called "the Good News" for a reason. It is the BOOK OF LOVE. Just read what Jesus said. It is about unconditional love. What this man experienced, was the source (God) and Heaven. You'll see. :)

i remember back when my mother was still alive she always told us how she remembered her past life clearly and how she was murdered last life. she explained the process of leaving one body and taking birth again. she also mentioned to us that she wasn't going to live long in this lifetime as well. sadly she was murdered this lifetime as well. This is actually what we do already, and not just with people, but with everything we've ever come in contact with. In the academic world, the concept is called "phenomenology". Fascinating stuff, really. We do tend to project ourselves and our own ideas onto everything.

Oh and one other thing - "this 'loving being' that most NDE's talk about is Jesus Christ" isn't entirely true. All the research I've done and read suggests that the "loving being" is whatever deity you believe in. If you're of the Muslim faith, it's usually Mohammad, if you're of the Christian faith, Jesus, and so on. Research NDE experiences from non-Christian parts of the world and you get a much higher proportion of whatever religion they're into. It's kind of an ethnocentric experience.

Sockpuppet - I'm with you. Just not entirely sure that consciousness isn't a form of energy. Science (particularly quantum physics) in fact is starting to assume that thought may very well be matter. In other words, the old saying "if a tree falls in the woods, would we hear it?" - quantum physics is now saying "no, in fact, that tree doesn't even exist when you're not thinking about it".
As for time, space and matter ... all just human constructs. Time isn't real. There is only ever "now".

The interoperation of the word Now in the verse was not fully comprehended by old Muslim scholars, but god said in other verses of the Quran that Quran meant to be for all peoples until the end of time and they will keep finding new signs of its originality subsequently and eventually the one's of Allah, and I think the lights you saw was from your book of deeds which will have every thing even the smallest of things, such as a tiny fake smilepart 1

The Bible is composed from Near death experiencers, experiences about God. Than the church consortidum used those experiences wrote a book and twisted some of the meanings to reflect ideals that are not Gods and near death experiencers. It has to do with control and money, money is usally the essance there after. Give to God what is Gods and give to cezar what is cezars. Money is a concept that you believe in, God is not. What do you "TRUST" "Yee have little faith" said many times over!!!
