  • dang...peter was cute in the movie and still is im not gonna lie...but lucy looks pretty too :)

  • Susan and Lucy are gorgeous

  • omg i luv this vid peter looks the same!!!

  • omg, I wish they made Lucy more calmer like the actress! She looks and sound WAY better than the way they portrayed Lucy! Couldn't stand Lucy!!!!!!!! Exception to the modern Lucy, the actress played her well and WAY more lovable!

  • @DevaneeIn i think big problem with this lucy was her age. the character is suppose to be 8 or so during the events of the first book, but poor sophie was a 13 year-old who just had to act younger. i think the end result, unfortunately, was that she just seemed stupid and/or high-strung. the current lucy is (or at least looks) the correct age, so her behavior seems for fitting.

  • OMG! they grew up!!! wow... this is so weird to see!!! Peter's frickin hott!

  • @mimmar3891 at 6:24 she says that shes at university now and a lot of the people who are 21 now...... etc. sorry that was a silly of me, just presumed that meant she was 21, but of course (like me) u can be older and studying at university! i had obviously forgotten to check her imdb and wiki profiles, so didnt know. Thanks though mimmar3891! That was helpful!

  • Wow lucy changed alot

  • 4:37 Actually, that wasn't a unicorn. It was a pegasus.

  • Thanks for posting this! I grew up watching this and it's interesting to see what became of the actors and actresses involved in this series

  • Lucy looks much better now!

  • @ItsyBitsyChelly That's what I was thinking too!

  • when was this reunion filmed? because susan said shes 21... so im presuming its some time in the 90s? does anyone know?

  • @memorysdancer at the begin of the video it states it happened on the 16th April 2003

  • @echelonslostangel

Does it? Thanks! i dont know how i could have missed that :)

  • @memorysdancer I didn't hear her say that she was 21. It was 2003, so she wasn't 21, she was 28 or 29. (IMDB says she was born in 1974.)

  • @memorysdancer She didn't say she's 21, she said kids who are 21 now...and then continued on.

  • Comment removed

  • @memorysdancer 1976 the first movie came out

  • @memorysdancer she said that the people in the university with her who are 21 say they were little when they watched it. Not that she is 21.

  • @lari4lyf thanks, that already been responded to, if u read above properly, and again...to reiterate.. i misheard that bit and forgot tot do a bckgrd check on imdb etc :) but thanks anyway. :):)

  • Thank you so much for posting this! I live in North America so this is the only way that I've been able to watch this reunion. I love the BBC version of the movies since they actually stick to the storyline.

  • I think Lucy looks like Maggie Gyllenhaal now !.

I had a crush on Edmund when i was younger, lol and he is still good looking !.So is the actor who played Peter !.And the actress who played Susan hasn't changed either !.

  • I had a little boy's crush on Richard D. when I first saw Narnia as a kid and now I just find the man utterly ravishing. If you've seen his Dirty Dancing videos he's got a lot of talent to him.

    What a package.

All four of them turned out really well, especially Sophie Wilcox, she became a gorgeous lady.

  • The guy who played Peter seems like a really nice guy.

  • the edmund person looks exactly the same.

except he kinda has less hair no wlol :P

  • oh my gosh. its strange seeing this.

im 14 years old. and when i was about 9-12 i was TOTALLY obsessed with the 80's version on the lion the witch of the wardrobe. i watched it so many times, i knew it word perfect. sad i know. but i loved it. its so strange seing this. you can tell its them though.

  • Peter looked was much cuter before. D:

  • Peter is super tall. O_O.

  • These kids were more amiable than the Disney version. They looked more 1940, also. The woman who played Lucy commented that Lucy has dark hair in the book with shoulder length braids. But, in reality, there were myriads of little girls in 1940 who were still wearing bobbed hair. Some wore it with bangs, others had the part on the side bob, and both usually wore a bow in their hair, usually on the side. The BBC "Lucy" & "Susan" truly looked like they stepped out of London, 1940.

    Thank you!

  • so did the 2005 versions the costume director did her research and I prefer the new version of Lucy the BBC version looked like a beaver and her acting was horrible

  • @Narnialover4 totally agree

  • @brownies4you um, actually Lucy's hair in the book was blonde. Read the end of "The lion the witch and the wardrobe" again.

  • @lovetolovefairytales

Narnian books haven't been in our house for many years. You're fortunate to possess them and know them so accurately. I simply remember old hairstyles on girls and women circa 1940s & 1950s.

    Thanks.

  • @brownies4you well a family member from that time said there were girls with long hair

  • holy crap! they look amazing!

  • Thank you for posting this wonderful interview.

  • OMG Lucy looks so different! Like she's totally gorgeous now! OMG I can't believe how different she looks!

  • @jtco3 I agree, her looks have improved greatly since then.

  • The Edmund is balding (._.')

  • It's nice to see them all back together again!

  • LMAO Ground breaking special Effects lol and yes i know it was in the 80's but LOL

  • The traits with these pevensies and the 2005 pevensies is a bit spooky. Georgie changed alot, so did Sophie, Anna is a university, and so is the other girl that played Susan. Will and Georgie have a special relationship, the two that plays Peter and Lucy do too. The guy that played Edmund doesn't talk much, either does Skandar. This is just too spooky.

  • Yay, I'm so happy to see how much Lucy changed. Is there a reunion that includes Eustace and Jill?

  • That's so weird...

Peter actually looks exactly the same.

    And lucy loks so different.

    Wow.

  • Cool :) They haven't changed that much really, have they? And even this was 5 years ago!

  • Brilliant! What a lovely idea!

  • Hah, "Peter" and "Edmund" haven't change at all! :)

  • Peter reminds me of David (Doctor Who) Tennant.

  • wow peter is HOT!

  • If anyone wants to see how Samuel West (Caspian in "Voyage of the Dawn Treader") turned out, he's in the movie "Van Helsing" as Victor Frankenstein.

  • He was in Van Helsing? I watched that movie before and I didn't even notice him! I'll have to watch it again lol I had a crush on him when he played Caspian.

  • O h my gosh! she actually got cuter(Lucy)

  • It's great Sophie and the others acknowledge and have a sense of humour about how she didn't fit the typical reader's vision of how Lucy should look. It makes me feel less guilty for thinking she'd been miscast when I watched The Chronicles of Narnia years ago.

  • Personality-wise, she was the perfect Lucy. She wasn't "golden-haired" as Lewis described Lucy, but then the literary Susan had black hair. Many of the characters weren't quite as Lewis described them, but still were very well-portrayed.

  • Peter's still hott. Yessss. lol

  • YES! Finally Someone Put The Interview & Extra's Online For The BBC Narnia Series. For Years People Been Talking About The Interview & Extra's On The DVD Set.

However In The USA All We Got For Extra On The DVD Sets Where Photo Stills & Recipe For Turkish Delight. Thanks It Great To Finally Be Able To See These As I Like Hundred Of Other 80's Kids Grew Up With These Movies.

  • This is so amazing... they've all grown up! Lucy isn't as chubby and yes, sorry to agree with josiahlemingrocks she did look like a chipmunk then.

I watched it when I was still young and I remember the magic of the idea of Narnia. Compared to today's special effects it might be somewhat boring but I really enjoyed it.

Thank you for putting this interview up. It's so nice to see how the actors turned out to be when they're all grown up.

  • Of course she looked like a chipmunk; that's why she was so darn cute!

As far as the new Narnia films, the special effects are all they've got going for them; the scripts are wholly devoid of heart or soul or even wit.

  • Edmund's still the outcast.lol

  • lucy isn't a chipmunk anymore!

  • I read some article that described her as "harpoonable" - harsh, I know, but she definitely wasn't as cute as Georgie Henley (the new Lucy). She HAS changed quite a bit now, and I think she's quite pretty now. :-)

  • WoW Lucy has changed! :O
