do definitley go see someone for help. i know a guy with something like you got and it is just sever anxiety disorder. sounds harsh but it aint. i know a feew things that might help secure your insecurity, because thats what it is. one thing you might want to try is working out and exercise. this for some reason or another this helps. another thing is if your worried about crowds, try going out with a bunch of your friends. and definitely go see a psychiatrist/ologist and get meds
