one of my medical preceptors has taught me to irrigate the cyst opening with mixture of 50% hydrogen peroxide and 50% filtered/boiled or sterile water, after you've made an incision inject it with that mixture, helps to wash everything out and requires less squeezing to get the sebum out. BTW remember to stand to the side and keep your face away ;)
