  • Cornwall=KERNOW

    Kernewek na sowsenek!

So which other parts of England have a language of their own?

Even the English scholar William Camden admitted that Cornwal was a separate Country and that the Cornish always were a separate people.

  • Lovely places!!!

  • Cornwall is legaly a Duchy not a county of england we are not never and never will be english if you don't like it stay on your side of the Tamar

  • St.mawes HomeTown Lovely Place , Good For Tourism And Lovely Quite Place To Relax , You Can See St.mawes Castel It's Amazing Lovely Iteam's And A Nice Place To Go Out ..

  • Cornwall may appear to be part of England, but cross the Tamar & you are in a different land. It was once called West Wales & had its own Kings & coinage. Most famous was King Mark, husband of Yseult, the beloved of Tristan.

Cornwall has its own language & traditions, quite different from England. Nowadays it may be administered as part of England but that does not make it English. It is every bit as different as Wales or Scotland & is nothing like even its closest neighbour, Devon.

  • It is part of england... Sorry!

  • And your comment is based on what fact? Have you researched this at all?

Governed as a part of England it may be but a part of England it is not. That is fact!

You will find no law or official document that legaly claims Cornwall to be a part of England, owever you will find plenty of evidence to the contrary.

  • why not? it is...

  • Cornwall is not English.
