@MultiTrollHunter i just started "weightlifting" again but i've still been lifting just focusing on raw strength and its translating over pretty well i hit a clean pr just a few days ago
yeah it kinda sucks cus there are two rows of platforms facing each other so we don't have a huge room for error i've nailed myself with 275 before after dropping the weight it bouncing off a bumper off of the opposite platform
wow thats awesome bro ( no homo) lol ur a beast!! i do a bit of lifting myself. but i need to work on the jerk. I have pretty good cleaning technique and I have strong legs. but i need to work on my technique on finishing the jerk lift. you left a comment on a video that my friend posted. where my friedns and i are trying to clean and jerk 205. i was the third guy.
yeah i see ur clean technique is pretty good it could use a little work but its fine for the most-part as far as the jerk your sticking the bar out in front of you, so drive that bar straight up and stick your head through and you should be good also remember to squeeze your abs and get a big breath
considering how skinny he is that is really impressive

@MultiTrollHunter lol i was joking i weighed about 170-175lbs when this vid was taken at 6'2 thats pretty thin im around 210 now tho

Strong lift. A competition size platform will really help your confidence later on (more stagger space).
