I was a child in Frodsham during the war, WW2, and after. i'm not sure, but I remembera Dr Barnardo's home I think it was, on the road out towards Hatchmere lake area. Is this the same place under new name and new management. Anyone know? if so would like to read any comment.
I live in Florida now, have been here for about 30 years or more. Last time visiting Frodsham was about12 years ago after my Father had died.
I was amazed to see this video - I remember it being made as I'm in it - the one studiously doing homework - yeah right. The film made was longer than this, does anyone know where the rest of it is?

@frodshamlad1 Irvin it is was always an NCH home since its inception and is called Newton Hall in Kingsley.
