to get hanabi in Ultimate Contest get the purfeme set and find hanabi somewhere and give it to her,then after that leave and go find her near the flower shop,after find her again by where the dumpling place is(I think).then a message will say Hanabi Hyuga is now available in VS. Duel it will also say u have unlocked all 41 characters!as a reward u got the Yellow Flash!!(A.K.A the forth hokage)also hold select and.......... thats wat the message says.
