I had my alarm clock set to WLS/animal stories every morning befoer I went to school. Simlpy loved it. That was some of the best radio I have ever listened too. Horay for the '70s.

Thanks for posting! I used to have the Animal Stories albums and listened to it on good ol' WLS every morning before school. Ahhhhh great memories! This was the days when radio was GREAT!

Funny stuff! I remember listening to Animal Stories in the 70s and 80s. It was impossible to listen to Tommy Edwards laughing and not bust a gut yourself. And when they would get to kicking the garbage can and gasping for air?! hahahaha!! Better than a shiny new dime!

@redradiodog LOL I thought I was the only one who rememebered him being referred to as "little snot nosed Tommy". Used to listen during breaks while "detasseling" corn for Cargill during my early teen years. Good times and hard work kids today don't understand.
