I'm surprised that the car insurance agents do no tell their customers about the fourteen dollar upgrade. The agents who do not tell their customers this are doing them a huge disservice. You would think that they would try and "upsale" but I guess they do not receive commission. I am so thankful that I have watched this video becasue now I know what to ask for. Is it only USAA that has the fourteen dollar "upgrade"?
I feel as though car insurance companies use the common belief that "people know nothing about insurance" to their complete advantage. Agents are supposed to guide consumers down the right plan for them, yet clearly are not doing so according to this video. It is so hard to trust companies these days and it goes to show how much one should research before signing any forms! definitely an eye-opening video.
It's surprising an extra $900,000 can be aquired for only $14. After an accident, all the bills will add up to alot and that extra money is necessary. I knew someone who was in an accident and their car insurence didn't cover everything. I'm wondering if they could have gotten more coverage for a small difference in price. I understand why USAA would not want to explain things clearly because they won't make as much money, but that is all the more reason for people to be educated about this.

It is so hard with car insurance to know how much money we want to cover ourselves with. I know nothing about car insurance and/or medical bills, so this video helped a lot with knowing how much a car accident would truly cost me. I will definitely use this to help me purchase car insurance in the future and know what the correct questions are to ask to car insurance sales people.
I am somewhat familiar with car insurance but still have many questions. It seems obvious that getting a larger coverage is ideal and safer especially if you are to get in a serious accident. My question is does this increase in coverage help the owner if the accident was their fault or does the coverage only come into play if you are the victim of a car accident?
That's a serious fault of car insurance agents. I wouldn't be surprised if the insurance companies were doing it on purpose. Is USAA the only car insurance company committing this malpractice or are there others?

I was wondering what types of things are left in car insurance policies? Like if my family cancels the policy what types of repercussion are there?
Also, what car insurance companies, types, coverage, and premiums do you recommend?
