I've give this movie a solid 0.5 it wasn't scary the end was trash the movie looked like it was creates by a 10 year old because there was like 3 cameras the hole movie there was no camera angles and stuff like that it's just a guy tuning around with a camera screaming.... I should have gone to see 3 musketeers and the woman in black trailer was scairier than paranormal activity 3 really... If you haven't seen it yet don't waste you're time and money seriously.

the movie sucked ass. it could have pulled a footprint trick like the first one and got away with it. nothing in the trailer was in it. and the ending was fucking horrible. they arent even supposed to be able to leave the house. i went along with it thinking that when the lil girl said to tobi "alright i'll do it" i thought she was gonna be posessed or let her mom die or something, not the horrible ending that did happen

Thank you for judging how all of us are like by a freakin' movie. Personally, I haven't' seen this myself, but that's because I find the entire series boring. I just find it to be a bunch of talking and jump scares. Sure, there are some tense moments, but overall the experience is nil to me.

Second was scarier, but still loved it. I don't get scared by any movie, that's why I love horror movies, to challenge myself. I watched the Paranormal Activity 2 and The Exorcist for the first time on the same night and slept lke a baby. Heck, I saw the second one on a tiny TV and was closer to being scared than when I went to see the third in theaters! Still, love these movies both.

Reporter is beautiful & this was a great review! Personally, I thought this movie was easily the scariest of all 3. I saw the first one in the theatre, cause there was such a high demand for it. Second one on DVD. This 3rd installment was in a packed theatre again, & even the big rugged men left gasping.

This & Insedious show the Horror movie genre is still alive & kicking... or invisibly tossing shit around!

The movie was corny.. Far too predictable and just in general not that great of a movie IMO.. didn't see it in the theaters though so possibly didn't get the full effect but I HIGHLY doubt that watching this movie in the theaters woudnt do much for me.. Better surround sound yes but that's it.. you know notice the trick movies do to get you scared or jump?? They play the audio much louder in their "scary" parts which in turn makes you jump regardless of the scene being scary or not.

Loved the first 2. The 3rd one was a major let down. Fucked up the story bad. It had some OK scares I guess but it didn't have the small subtle scares that made the 1st one classic. That's just my opinion.
