On Impassable Foliage you can do a better time. You don't have to wait until 2 goombas have crossed the plantas, with only 1 goomba its possible.
When one of them have crossed de last plant jump to gap where the goomba will finally fall. On the top of the jump freeze the time and wait until the goomba was just below of Tim (even inside his body). The bounce at that height will be enough.
if you read the things before each level after you go in the door but before you start the puzzles there is one part where he talks about the princes and the part he remembered most was her turning away from him to live and as she turned her braid hit him across the face almost as if it was in spite of him or something like that i probably said it way wrong but if you have the game you can go look at the exact words.

In "In Another Castle" I think it would be faster to leave the ring on the left edge of the fiery pit. When it falls, it slows down much closer to the ground and you can pick up he key without waiting for it to fall. I might be wrong, but it can never hurt to try, can it?
u dont have to climb the ladder in the beginning u can just leave the time slower next to the fire pit and the key will come down faster, bounce off the bottom, and u can grab it as u jump across...might have saved u a couple seconds!!!

exactly, not trying to steal your thunder, but the vid should be titled "blah blah (32 min)" since that is when the timer actually stops at the end of the clip

Sadly my best run of the epilogue was not my best run of them all.
@dphanna No, the timer totally doesn't stop until after the epilogue... this is a 32 minute speed-run. (I can't brag, though. My best is still just under an hour.)
wow at 0:24, for the plants, i always just pressed shift repeatedly and never thought to just put time at 0x :P
