Hello Jen, I couldnt watch this from Germany now being in US I can :) LOL.I do the same thing only that when one nail breaks I cut it down as much as I can an put a tip on it and my nail grows underneath and then after two or three weeks its usually fine :)Thought u may want to try that out too. When will u do the video on the filing and buffing? I have nowadays ridges and I would love to see how u do that buffing part. Have a good day :)

You dont wanna change ur nail polish every week and use nail remover every week 'cause the nail remover weakens the nails

@AliceEra Well if i dont change it, my nails break due to chipping. Ive had no problems personally, and ive been doing it for a year. I just get a nail strengthening remover. It seems fine. However what your saying does make sense.

Because at my school we're not allowed nail polish ( and the only colours I have at the moment are clear, a pale sort if metallic pink, a bright red and a White) can you just to 3 coats of clear or 5 coats or will it not work altogether ? Please answer this question because I've been trying to grow my nails out without buying nail growth products and just using what I own for a Long time

That stick thing and block thing u have to have it has da steps and it polishes ur nail without nail polish just found that out and now my nails are slick @;--

Where can you buy sinful colors nail polish? I've been looking for it EVERYWHERE! This is a really cool video- usually my nails are really long too but I thought that the nail polish acting as a barrier is 100% true cause my nails are always painted & they're always long!

So glad you did this vid because I been growing my nails out and they would always break then I found this awesome and yet cheap nail polish that stays on long without chipping and I use the top coat...My nails are polished for the week they look great and I repaint them every Saturday or Sunday and my nails have grown nicely. I can't have them as long as your nails wish I could :-( my nails get stuck in the keyboard when I type LOL TY 4 the glue idea! My nails chip and break from texting!

I did acrylic, and then switch to gel even tried silk but my real nails got so thin and painful. I start growing my own nails they were pretty bad for about 6 months but I kept layering the clear coat and eventually started getting some healthy growth. I know a lot off people swear by acrylics that they don't damage your nails but all that buffing of your naturally nail bed cant be good for them. Plus like you said in these lean times yeah don't want to shell out 25 or 30 every 2 week.

@brpc82 no i don't thats the thing. I have paper thin brittle nails. Over time, after i did what i did in this video my nails actualy BECAME stronger. Layer on the polish, girl it works. Believe me. :)
