Neither atheists or theists believe in infinite regress. Infinite regress is impossible by mathematical law. There is an uncaused cause somewhere back there, period. Theist say it's God, atheists say it must be something else, because it can't be God. God forbid it would be God. That's the one thing that it must not be, because they don't believe in God. And I've grown weary of that overused joke, trying to get a laugh by referring to God in the feminine. Give it a rest.

Same introductory argument as Dawkins (unless Dawkins stole it). It would be nice see an original take on the subject. He could just say read the The God Delusion and walk off the stage.
