Kratos is the easiest to play against shao khan. you have to do 3 things.

1. get as far from him as possible

2. parry all his projectiles (hammer and spear)

3. shoot arrows if he taunts/laughs.

checked on expert only though.

If you're close enough during a taunt or land Helios Head, you can get Pandora's Soul to one of the Olympic moves (square option is good for sending him far away for more zoning). Expert Ladder was a joke to crush as Kratos. I haven't used the others for it yet.  Fleece was the answer to most problems. I had to change things up a bit against Secret Jade (but not by much due to her jump-in kick love being turned against her horribly).
