@GQSTbcjm Amanda returned to the cottage, found the front door wide open, no one in, blood in the bathroom, shit in the toilet, Did she scream or panic,call her boyfriend or flatmates, run to her nieghbours for help,NO she calmly showered,,dressed,,dried her hair,, went to her boyfriends home,,mopped his floor,, had breakfast,, and then mentioned what she had found.....When questioned one lie leads to another until you get an unbelievable tale like this. @soledad0415 Its Amanda`s story she told the day of the murder,when many people showed disbelief she tried to justify it in an email she sent to 25 people 2 days later. Its an unbelievable tale and one her dedicated followers do not like being told. She must now regret sending the email because she cant say it was beaten from her or made up by the police

Now they need to lengthen Rudy Guede's sentence, 16 years is way way too short. I believe that he did it, there is so much evidence against him. I never believed that Amanda and Raffaele had anything to do with Meredith's death. I'm glad they are out of that prison finally. I feel for Meredith's family, but I think the blame and anger should not be focused on Amanda but on Rudy. That's my personal opinion from the facts that I know.

@abbefaria1 Since you are factually challenged, let me spell it out for you. Amanda Knox was found INNOCENT of all charges related to the murder of Meredith Kercher. The only charge they sustained was for lying. She is no psycopath, anymore than you're a teller of truth. If you followed the evidence, and I don't mean the theories and biases form the prosecutor, then there was NO EVIDENCE. Sorry you choose to remain ignorant, but that's your choice.

They were/are obviously hiding something, and in my mind, the police's mind and the minds of the judiciary involved in the trial, they played a part in the murder of Meredith.

@agt155 The fact's are that the police erased both Knox's and Solecitto's computer hardrives so they couln't prove their innoncence. Their statement that they were in his room watching a movie could not be substanciated because of this. I guess it doesn't matter to you that the head prosecutor was under indictment for abuse of power for another famous murder case where he accused the wrong people. There is NO EVIDENCE. Lies are not evidence. Either are theories. Evidence can be proven. PERIOD

@sep0507 Now you are telling lies. Police computer experts examined Solicettos laptop and established when, and when not, it had been used. This is why Solicetto changed his statement from saying he was with Knox to admitting he wasn't. Knox has NO alibi. Phone records also prove they did not awake the next morning at the time stated. This is also corroborated by a witness who saw her buying cleaning products early in the morning.

Here's a LIE the POLICE used: Knox was informed by a police officer who came into her cell in the middle of the night, posing as a doctor, that she had AIDS. He requested a list of all her former lovers so they can be contacted and tested. But the list of lovers suddenly showed up in the next mornings press. A Assault on her CHARACTER.

But the judiciary ALSO BELIEVES that Knox and Solecitto wre not those people. You can take ANY circumstancial evidence and twist it to fit whatever you want. But that is not HARD evidence. There was no HARD evidence against Knox or Solecitto. There was no DNA, no hair, no fingerprints, no footprints, no murder weapon, no fibers, no bloody clothes, NOTHING. Case OVER

@sep0507 On the knife she used to kill Kercher amongst other things. That was why only small amounts of her and Merediths DNA could be traced. The witness was the store owner who could recall clearly what happened. The receipt for the cleaning products was also found in Solicetto's flat.

But here's a few more facts to chew on. 1:Knox was interviewed for 50 hours over 4 days with NO ATTORNEY, the interview was not taped. The police spread lies to the press who villified her daily in their papers. 2:There were over 400 evidence samples taken from Kerchers bedroom, NONE of it could be linked to Knox or Sollecito. 3: There were 54 DOCUMENTED MISTAKES that police officials made collecting the evidence. @sep0507 Solicettos DNA was found on a bra clasp in Kerchers bedroom. Knoxs blood was found mixed with Kerchers outside the bedroom.. Knox explained this by saying after discovering all the blood in the bathroom the day after she just decided to walk over it and have a shower (who does that). Knox and Kerchers DNA was also found on a knife, one of the suspected murder weapons, in Solicettos flat. Think about this, how did Kerchers DNA get on to that knife?

@sep0507 You are just making all this up. Why would computer experts 'wipe' their hard drives. They didn't. Police were able to acertain when and when not the laptop was used to the exact minute. Anyway, Sollecito admitted to lying for Knox and changed his story. Neither Amanda Knox or Sollecito have an alibi for that night. Why did they lie so much to the police? what were/are they trying to hide?
