2. gets emotional;

4. upon being defeated on a point CHANGES THE SUBJECT.

that is a lie by omission.
higher taxes on businesses and businessmen result in jobs being cut. why? because increased costs (taxes) must result in cost-cutselsewhere.
reagan PROVED this. he cut taxes on the rich and the economy boomed. unemployment dropped.
