The 5th Floor, where the nurse died (its unknown whether it was murder or suicide) is the most haunted floor in the entire Sanatorium. Especially Room 502, where the nurse's ghost is seen. :o

No THAT Didnt happen There But Everything Its About Did. The Whole Thing With The Girls Going There & Being Attacked Didnt happen, But The Story Of The Nurses Killing Themselves & The Owner Hiding The Bodies By Taking Them Threw The "Death Tunnel" or The Body Tunnel Are True.

this movie is on all the time on SciFi, but I always miss it though. I hate how they make the place out to be some horrible place, or like some lunatic asylum. There are survivors of the place who say that they were very well taken care of there. I'm sure this movie is a huge insult to them...

actually, another nurse killed herself by jumping off the top of the building. Something like she found out she caught TB and couldn't take it or something. The room 502 incident is just much more well known than that death.

if you want to know more about the history about the ghost hauntings...this movie is based on a place in louisville , kentucky. Waverly Hills Sanitarium. It used to be a hospital for patiants with tuberculosis
