Love him so much. He was my favorite actor growing up and he is still one of my MOST favorite people. He had something different. He was a real man. A real fella. A beautiful person. I wept when I heard about his death. I was in my car. I sat in a parking lot and I was in denial for a few moments and then I just wept. I really cant say how much he means to me. ...and so many others.

Sad he died however when it comes down to it he was basically a person who pretended to be other persons in front of movie cameras and was over paid for it. In the scheme of things his contributions were insignificant. His later charities benefited those who were harmed by conditions created and promoted by Hollywood's influence. Hollywood promotes lifestyles that cause suffering and destroys people and no amount of good works or good intentions can make up for that.

My Uncle looked like Paul newman ..so as a kid he was always an idol ..
