Thing is about ads these days is we're told to buy this because it will make you sexy, use this because it'll make you skinny and get this because it'll make you beautiful. It's a scare tactic. They use fake "beautiful" women to scare us into thinking we're ugly, that guys won't find us attractive and that if we buy that product we'll be every mans dream and every womans jealousy. It's fake.
