Well, our tax bills are out and I have yet to hear of anyone that didn't see their taxes go UP in Freedom. I am sure there are a few that got a break, but it had nothing to do with the turbines... As for air quality; not sure how sending power to New Hampshire is helping the air quality in Maine??? Still no evidence of a single coal powered plant in the US powering down because of a wind energy.. Great sales pitch though:)
earlier I was at the gate of this turbine less than 1000 feet away and a black substance was hovering and then went down the turbine pole...what was it? All I'd like to know is what it was for sure. So then later I captured this from a distance also the very same turbine.

@ckcbenne Yup. I was kind of surprised to see my bill go up by about a third. I guess someone had to pay for the new high school, eh?

I did hear it's supposed to help drop our tax dollars. Maybe even help the air quality, time will tell.
