tito doesnt knock ppl out because size and strength rarely have anything to do with knocking ppl out. technique is the number one factor in knockouts. look at chuck, hes a big guy, but compared to other fighters in his division he has a really small upper body but hes got more knockouts than anybody. tito has very bad punching technique. hes very tight, and robotic like in his boxing and hes a total arm puncher. he never gets his legs and hips into his punches.
