I strongly suggest that people seriously reconsider going to Banfield. My wife and I took our puppy there on May 7th to have a wisdom panel (DNA test) done. They said it would take 3-4 weeks. 4 weeks later they said maybe 6-8. 8 weeks into it they said they cant find the blood sample but that they mailed it off. Then in July they said that the last Vet there quit and must have taken all the files with her. Then they promised to call us when they find out whats going on. They never called once.
