This is one of the worst GPS products i have ever used the gps acts like it is lost the smart arrow keeps jumping from spot to spot while I'm standing still and takes a while to get a signal. and dealing with the customer service dept was helpful at first then turned into a joke if your looking for a GPS stay away from this model I'm not the only one i met with the same issues with this GPS. After dealing with customer service Magellan lost a loyal customer.
